What is the Satisfaction Guarantee?

Abundant Flow Water Systems, Inc. (AFW) guarantees your satisfaction in our system with our 30 day satisfaction guarantee (guarantee). If for any reason you are not satisfied with the system, you may return it for a refund.

What Systems are Covered?

This guarantee covers all standard systems including reverse osmosis units, filter tank systems, softeners, chlorine injectors, and UV Filters.

What Systems are NOT Covered?

Custom built systems, commercial systems, and systems used for commercial purposes are NOT covered by the guarantee.

What is the Length of the Guarantee?

The guarantee is good for 30 days from the date of purchase. The date of purchase is the date the order was placed, as dictated by our records. All returns must be received within 30 calendar days of purchase to qualify.

What are the Limitation of the Guarantee?

This guarantee is limited to the original purchaser of the system, as dictated by our records. Systems that have been used will be charged a restocking fee to replace consumables (filters, filter media, etcetera). Systems returned in unusable condition (including, but not limited to: systems that have been mutilated, broken, damaged, disfigured, or defaced) are not eligible for a refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Returns qualifying for a refund will be refunded the original purchase price as dictated by our records, less any restocking fees and shipping costs. All responsibilities of AFW in reference to this guarantee are set forth herein.

How do I Return My System for a Refund?

To return your system for a refund, you will need to contact us to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns must be received within 14 days or the RMA issue date, or 30 days of purchase, whichever is sooner. Returns received without a RMA number shall become the property of Abundant Flow Water, and no refund will be issued.
